Currently, small and medium-sized companies do not have a tool that would allow modeling of the handling operational purchasing processes, in particular the process of document flow of purchasing documents. As a result this process often destabilizes the functioning of the company, distract key resources (such as team leaders, CFOs) from productive/ service activities / or strategic management and at the end generate losses.
The inefficiency cost results from excessive effort and disordering of the process, lack of substantive and budgetary verification of purchasing needs and making sub-optimal unit prices purchasing. The solution to these problems would be implementation of a tool that would maximize support for the purchasing handling by automating the process and implementation of electronic catalogs.
